About

I build and operate production systems end to end — 26 years of software development, 21 of them leading engineering teams.

Today that mostly means infrastructure: I founded and run RYU LLC, a Tokyo software studio, where I own the AWS environments behind our products — multi-environment provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, containerized delivery through GitHub Actions, monitoring, and least-privilege access design.

  • Cut environment provisioning from half a day to under 30 minutes by codifying production, staging and test environments
  • Reduced release cycles from 2–3 hours of manual work to a 15–20 minute automated pipeline, triggered straight from a commit

Before that: Ethereum node operations (a 15-node network with wallet and key isolation), government data platforms, financial audit systems, and embedded development — robotics control and coin-operated hardware on STM32.
